In order to ensure the best service for all our clients, we do have an appointment cancellation and rescheduling policy. We kindly ask for your understanding that when appointments are forgotten or cancelled without adequate notice, it not only disrupts our scheduling efforts but also regrettably denies other clients on our waiting list the chance to experience our services. When you schedule your appointment, you will be required to add a card on file, to ensure your appointment date and time. Your card will not be charged to hold selected date/time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
